Chief Ntehue Jacob Aborh Mekele, Ikeadim V of Rumuchiwenna group of houses in Rumuadye Royal Dynasty of Rumuohia Emohua in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. Born to the family of late Chief Aborh Mekele,aka Nkpokpo Adye and Late Lolo Adokele Aborh Mekele (Nee Iwedi)
His qualifications and schools attended are FSLC, School Cert, NCE, B,Sc.Ed and M.Ed. from Central State School, Emohua, Baptist High school, PH, University of Ibadan, University of Lagos and University of Benin.
He is currently the National Treasurer of Ogbakor Ikwerre Cultural Organization Worldwide and have served in other capacities at the National EXCO as; the PRO, 1st Assistant Secretary, Rep. 2 and Secretary of REO Branch.
He is currently the Chairman of Nigeria Association of Athletics Technical officials, Rivers State Chapter.
He retired in 2018 a Director of Quality Assurance Department of the Rivers State Ministry of Education, PH.
He is happily married with children.
