Dr Esezi Obilor Rukani holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Calabar; M.Ed. in Measurement and Evaluation from Rivers State University; and an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Port Harcourt. Esezi is a Chartered Banker whose contributions to the Banking Industry will not be forgotten in a hurry; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts of Nigeria; and a Doctoral Fellow of South African Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts. Esezi has published five (5) books and 65 journal articles. His research research interests centre on human capital development in Science and Mathematics, self-concept, learners' performance, quality of education, and distance learning.
